My Justice Was Finally Served

When I was younger, I felt invincible. Thought that nothing could hurt me. I was wrong. It all started in the year 2003. I had just graduated from high school with honors and was on my way to college. My family was so proud of me. My father purchased me a car as a graduation present. It was a blue convertible. I was so sleek and beautiful. My friends were so jealous my new car. My girlfriend also liked my car as well. One day, I was involved in an accident. I needed a Sacramento auto injury attorney to get me justice.

I will never forget the day I had my car accident. It was a Monday. I was driving around town to purchase things for my freshman year of college. I stopped at a red light. All of a sudden I heard a loud screech. A gray car slammed into the back of my car. I was wearing my seat belt, but my body jerked from the impact. I noticed the other driver was a Caucasian man with blond hair. He was on his cell phone when he hit me. He looked at me for a second. I thought he was going to help me or exchange insurance information, but he put the car in reverse and drove away from me. I was able to jot down his licence plate number.

My neck was injured. I had high medical bills and sustained heavy damage to the back of my car. I contacted the police and they tracked down the other driver. I called my Pearl, who is my family’s lawyer. She specialized in traffic accidents. She promised me that we would win the trial.

After a short trial, the driver was found guilty and had to pay for the damages towards my car and neck. He also was charged with committing a hit-and-run and fleeing the scene of an accident.
